    Tasting Notes

    Intensely red colour. It has a generous bouquet which includes red fruits and floral notes, especially violet, so typical of this variet. Its palate has a surprisingly fresh attack and shows a fine acidity, with well-rounded but lively tannins, that culminates in a well-balanced and elegant finish.
    Serve at a temperature of 18ºC.

    Tasting Notes

    Color ruby. A complex perfume of violets, tea and bergamot, passion fruit, gooseberry and blueberry, with fresh scents of forests, harmonious, integrated oak notes, coffee, tobacco and chocolate. The flavor is elegant, full and fresh, with silky tannins, a splendid bouquet, it is memorable. Serve at a temperature of 18ºC.

    These wines are obtained in a very old fashion way with the grapes being crushed by our feet and our hands, after that we make a very smooth pressing and the, fermentation occurs at controlled temperature of 14ºc during one month in inox steel vats in order to potentiate all their aromatic elegance.

Its palate has a surprisingly fresh attack and shows a fine acidity, with well-rounded but lively tannins, that culminates in a wellbalanced and elegant finish. Serve at a temperature of 18ºC
